Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains how Sol Studios handles information in SnatchMax: 30-Day Glute Growth (SnatchMax) and on this website. SnatchMax provides personalized fitness routines, workout and nutrition tracking, and optional progress features.
Information you provide
- Account details, such as your name, email address, and sign-in provider, when you create an account.
- Onboarding answers, such as age, height, weight, training experience, goals, schedule, available equipment, and student or referral status.
- Workout, nutrition, activity, and progress entries you choose to record, and messages you send for support.
- Optional photos you choose to capture or select. Body-scan photos and scan results are processed and stored on your device in protected local storage, excluded from device backup by the app, and are not uploaded to RevenueCat. The onboarding baseline photo is also stored locally. Separate photo-sharing features may upload an image you choose to share when their cloud service is available.
Device permissions and health information
SnatchMax requests access to the camera, selected photos, notifications, or Apple Health only for related features. You can decline optional permissions or change them in iOS Settings. If you connect Apple Health, SnatchMax reads or writes only the health categories you authorize to support fitness features. Fitness and health entries may be sensitive; only provide information you want the app to use.
How information is used
Information is used to personalize routines, maintain your records and account, provide subscription access, respond to support requests, and diagnose problems. Cloud account and synchronization services are not currently connected in the app configuration. When enabled, account and app records may be processed through Supabase; disclosures will be reviewed before those services are released. RevenueCat processes subscription status, purchase history, and app user identifiers. The app also sends RevenueCat your onboarding name and answers, including age, body measurements and weight goals, training goals, activity level, schedule, equipment, student status, and nutrition preferences when provided. It sends a generated installation identifier, a persistent device identifier, device and app details, locale, time zone, and counts of app sessions and selected actions such as workouts completed. These records are associated with your RevenueCat customer profile and used for subscription management, customer support, subscription offer eligibility, and analysis of onboarding, usage, and subscription conversion. Apple handles App Store payment details. SnatchMax does not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
Analytics and diagnostics
RevenueCat provides subscription analytics and receives the customer attributes described above. PostHog analytics and Meta advertising integrations are currently disabled, and session replay is disabled. The current configuration does not send this data to advertising networks for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. We will update this policy and the app disclosures before enabling additional collection or advertising integrations, and request permission where required.
This website
This website has no signup form, advertising scripts, or added analytics. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security information, including IP address, requested page, and device or browser details, to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, subscription, and analytics providers as described above, and by providers needed to respond to support requests. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or operate a business transfer with appropriate notice. If you choose to share content using an app feature, the selected recipients can receive that content. Provider processing may take place outside your country.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device until you remove them or the app’s data. Cloud records, when enabled, are retained as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, maintain required transaction records, and meet legal obligations. Some records may remain in backups or be retained for security and legal reasons after deletion.
You can request account deletion through the app’s account settings when an account is available, or contact us for help deleting a RevenueCat customer profile or other records we hold. Removing local app data does not automatically erase records held by RevenueCat. Deleting an account or uninstalling SnatchMax does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings.
Your choices and rights
You can edit information you provide, revoke optional permissions, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children and changes
SnatchMax is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We may update this policy as the app changes and will revise the date above; material changes will be communicated as required.
