Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnatchMax: 30-Day Glute Growth (SnatchMax) and this website, provided by Sol Studios. By using SnatchMax, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Using SnatchMax

SnatchMax provides fitness planning and tracking tools for personal use. You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use the app with a parent or guardian’s permission. Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your account.

Fitness information

SnatchMax provides general fitness and nutrition information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Exercise carries risks, and results vary. Consider your health and abilities, use appropriate technique and equipment, and seek advice from a qualified professional where needed. Stop exercising if you experience pain or concerning symptoms.

Subscriptions and billing

SnatchMax offers auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions. US prices are $8.99 per week and $34.99 per year. The annual plan is charged as a single annual payment, not weekly or monthly installments. Local currency, taxes, and pricing may vary; the price and billing period shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation control your purchase.

Standard users receive no free trial. Eligible students and users who enter a referral code may receive a 7-day free trial on either plan, then pay the same regular subscription price. Students skip the referral question; benefits do not stack. Trial availability depends on Apple’s introductory-offer eligibility and the offer shown at purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase, or after an eligible free trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. To avoid a trial renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting SnatchMax or your account does not cancel a subscription. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore eligible purchases in the app using the Apple Account that made them.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give us the permission needed to store, process, and display it to provide the features you use. Do not upload material you lack the right to use, harass others, misuse referral features, interfere with security, or use SnatchMax unlawfully. Do not resell the service or reproduce its protected materials without permission.

Service availability

We may improve, change, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular fitness outcomes. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Apple and third-party services

Apple’s purchase and subscription terms also apply. Third-party services you choose to connect may have their own terms and privacy practices. SnatchMax is responsible for its service; Apple is not providing SnatchMax’s fitness content.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date above and provide notice where required. Contact us with account, subscription, or service questions.
